Communication skills play a central role and form the basis for fruitful negotiation and debating. We live in a world in which the need for developing good interpersonal skills to manage daily interactions has grown dramatically, as well as the necessity for smoothly navigating through the impasses that arise from one’s interests, values and goals depend on the actions or intentions of another. Therefore, learning how to design and present your argumentation and being tactfully and peacefully engaged into negotiations or debates is crucial for contemporary youth and will help them to succeed in personal development and social context. For the youth in our region this is particularly important”.
After each session of the training the participants raised questions directed to the trainer who gave interesting and detailed clarifications and responses. The training was summed-up with distribution of Certificates to the participants and a group picture.
YARCC is co-financed by the European Union through the European Neighborhood and Partnership Instrument. The overall objective of the Action is to contribute to regional partnerships and cooperation towards a common and cohesive cultural environment where common values and the richness of Europe’s cultural diversity are shared and valued.
YARCC will directly cover more than 2,300 youth from both urban and rural areas of the partner countries in a period of 12 months.
